General conditions - Short stay
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in can be done only after fully completing the online checkin. There
can be no keys handed over, without online checkin. No online check-
in=no access. - Check-in: from 14:00 (all access codes will be delivered no later than this time
) - Check-out: until 11:00
- Late check-out: possible until 13:00 at โฌ20.00 (incl. VAT and taxes)
2. Parking
- Free outdoor parking available for guests in front of the hotel.
- Additional parking: 20 euros per day extra (only at PARK.SLEEP.FLY)
3. Cleaning & Linen
- Short stay (โค 7 nights): cleaning + linen every 3 days
- Mid-long stay (> 7 nights): cleaning + linen weekly
- Long stay (> 30 nights): cleaning + linen bi-weekly
- Additional cleaning service on request: โฌ30.00 (incl. VAT and taxes)
4. Damage, Noise & Behavior
- 1. Guest liability
- The guest is liable for any damage caused to the room, furniture, equipment or building during the stay by him/herself, fellow guests or visitors.
- Any damages will be fully reimbursed by the guest, whether caused intentionally or accidentally.
- 2. Deposit or guarantee
- The hotel may require a deposit at check-in. This will be refunded at check-out after checking the room, less any damage or cleaning charges.
- If no deposit is requested, the hotel reserves the right to charge damage claims directly to the guest.
- 3. Monitoring and notification
- All rooms are checked at check-out.
- Damage discovered later may still be charged to the guest up to 5 days after departure.
- It is also the guest's responsibility to report any damage or defects immediately to the front desk to avoid worse damage.
- 4. Unlawful use
- The hotel is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of facilities (e.g. misuse of appliances, overloading of electrical outlets, cooking in unauthorized places, etc.).
- 5. Loss or theft
- The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of guests' personal property.
- Valuables should be safely stored by the guest.
- 6. Extra cleaning
- In case of excessive contamination or causing additional cleaning costs, the hotel reserves the right to charge these costs to the guest.
- 5. Noise and behavior
- Noise and parties are not allowed.
- Respect the sleep of other guests and neighbors.

6. Smoking, Vaping & Pets
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
7. Cancellation terms
- Reservation & Payment:
A reservation is only final upon receipt of email confirmation. Payment is made in advance via payment link (credit card, debit card, ..) or bank transfer. All prices include VAT and tourist tax.
- Cancellation by Guest:
Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation. 6 - 2 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged. Within 48 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
- Changes:
Changes to reservations are subject to availability. Any price differences or additional charges will be passed on.
- Cancellation by the hotel:
If the hotel is unable to fulfill the reservation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative solution will be offered or the amount already paid will be fully refunded.
- Liability:
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guest's personal belongings. Guests are liable for damage they cause to the hotel or its inventory.
